What is TENS / IFT / EMS Therapy?

How it Works:

- TENS: Small electrodes are placed on the skin near the painful area. These electrodes deliver electrical impulses that interfere with the transmission of pain signals to the brain.

- IFT: Electrodes are placed on the skin around the painful area, and the therapy device delivers high-frequency electrical currents that intersect and interfere with pain signals.

- EMS: Electrodes are placed on the skin over the targeted muscles. The device sends electrical impulses that stimulate muscle contractions, improving muscle function and reducing pain.
